Lahore/Islamabad: 08-03-2016: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujat Hussain has said that Islam is the religion of protecting women’s rights and the respect given to women in it is not in any other religion, our party PML is actively working for protecting the rights of the women.
In his message in connection with International Women’s Day, he said that women who are today demanding rights should also realize their responsibility regarding moral training and reformation of their children, stories about upper class children being addicted to drugs and viewing vulgar material on internet after school are very regrettable, mothers are responsible for training of the children, if mothers give good education and training then future of Pakistan will be better and brighter.
Ch Shujat Hussain termed putting “karra” on men as punishment in the name of protection of women’s rights as non-serious act and cheap publicity tactic and said that comprehensive, serious and positive work should be done for protecting the rights of the women. #
