Quetta tragedy: share sorrow of lawyers, journalists and civilians

Ch Shujat Hussain and Parvez Elahi express heartfelt grief and sorrow

Lahore: 08-08-2016: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujat Hussain and senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi have expressed their heartfelt grief over large number of lawyers’, journalists’ and civilians’ causalities in Quetta bomb blast today.

Terming this worst and callous act of terrorism as a major tragedy, they said in a joint statement issued here today that we share the grief of lawyers, media and civilians and pray to Almighty Allah to grant solace and patience to the bereaved families and early recovery of the injured persons.

They said that hospitals are not targeted even during the war but in Quetta, besides hospital, lawyer’s community members and their leaders have been specially targeted, words are not strong enough to condemn this heinous act of terrorism.

They expressed the hope that hidden hands and enemy country behind this tragedy will certainly be exposed. #
