Islamabad/Lahore: 07-09-2016: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujat Hussain has said that in his personal opinion decision to go to Nawaz Sharif’s house in Jaati Umrah Raiwind is not right, he will talk to Imran Khan in this regard.
Talking to media, Ch Shujat Hussain said that there are many other places to protest, tradition of going to houses should not be created.
Responding to a question about popularity of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Army Chief General Raheel Sharif, he said it is not the matter of any individual personality but performance and institutions are important.
About National Action Plan (NAP), he said that he was also present when it was formulated, there has been no headway on points for which responsibility of implementation was entrusted to the federal and provincial governments and they have not fulfilled their responsibility whereas the army had implemented the points given to it in the best manner and accomplished the task.
In reply to a question about those indulging in statement mongering and chanting slogans against security of Pakistan, he said that a grave case can be registered against any person who says anything against security of Pakistan under Article 6 of the Constitution, no matter who is he and what office he holds. #
