No regret is enough over martyrdom of large number of police and civilians in sensitive area despite high alert

Lahore: 24-07-2017: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujat Hussain, senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi and Moonis Elahi have expressed their heartfelt grief and sorrow over martyrdom of large number of policemen and civilians in Lahore bomb explosion.

In a joint statement issued here this (Monday) evening, they have prayed for patience and solace for the inheritors of the martyred and early and full recovery of the injured and said “we equally share sorrow and grief of mourners and affected families, this is such a tragedy on which every heart is heavy and every eye filled with tears”.

They said despite high alert in the provincial capital, no regret is enough over targeting of such large number of police and civilians in a brutal manner in a sensitive area. #
