Irrespective of N-League winning or losing Lahore election, Nawaz Sharif himself will not return to Pakistan: Ch Shujat Hussain

We have been together for 12 years, I believe he will give preference to sentence in absentia

Lahore: 16-09-2017: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujat Hussain has said that irrespective of N-League wins or loses NA-120 Lahore bye-election, Nawaz Sharif himself will not return to Pakistan.

On reaching Lahore from Islamabad, on a question from journalists as to who will win Lahore election, he said that whether N-League wins or loses, in both cases Nawaz Sharif himself will not return to Pakistan, we and Nawaz Sharif have been together for 12 years, even during two years whenever he came to Islamabad he used to stay in our house”, how much I have been able to understand him on that basis I can say with certainty that neither he himself nor his sons will return to Pakistan, rather he will prefer case proceedings and sentence in absentia.”

When he was asked as on what basis he was saying this, he said he will tell this some other time. #
