We made Ring Road in five years, Shehbaz Sharif has taken ten years for its extension project: Ch Parvez Elahi

All our projects were completed timely, every project of Shehbaz Sharif has delays, corruption and “tamashey”

Lahore: 21-12-2017: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) senior central leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Ch Parvez Elahi has said that our government had completed Ring Road Southern Loop in five years whereas Shehbaz Sharif has taken ten years in its extension project, this is his performance.

In a statement issued here today (Thursday), he said that when we started work this project we had faced many difficulties despite this no stay come against us from the courts because timely compensation was paid to the land owners, work was started on the project after proper planning and transparency and public welfare were given preference in our projects whereas two tenures of Shehbaz Sharif are about to be completed but his most projects are hanging in air and have not been completed.

Ch Parvez Elahi said that by starting development projects in Southern Punjab and timely completing these we had tried to eliminate deprivations of the Southern Punjab but in ten years Shehbaz Sharif has increased deprivations of the people of Southern Punjab, after jangla bus entire funds of Punjab are being utilized on orange line train. He said that on any project of our tenure no corruption charge had been levied whereas in every project of Shehbaz Sharif record corruption has been committed be it Mechanical Tandoors, Multan Metro, Ashiana Housing Scheme, Sasti Roti, Yellow Cab or 56 companies all are other more than each other.

He said that in five years we had given number of projects of public welfare including Rescue 1122, free education and books, health facilities, free medicines in emergency, computerized land record to the people. #
