Jaati Omra tehsildar cannot be appointed Chief Justice of Supreme Court on desire of Nawaz Sharif: Ch Shujat Hussain

Those weakening and criticizing judiciary are living in fool’s paradise, Chief Justice is showing greatness

Lahore/Islamabad: 21-02-2018: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujat Hussain has said in a statement issued here today that those weakening and criticizing judiciary are living in fool’s paradise, perhaps they do not know that the Supreme Court can reject any decision of the parliament which is against basic structure of the Constitution, what is Constitution, its interpretation is also to be done according to this very Constitution by the Supreme Court.

He said that this is greatness of the Chief Justice that he is tolerating stupid language of disqualified and third grade people, disqualified people are crossing the limits, this cannot happen that on the desire of Nawaz Sharif, Jaati Omra tehsildar be appointed Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. #
