Kashmir Is slipping out of hands of India who is hurling threats in panic: Ch Parvez Elahi

Promises made with the people will be fulfilled, Chief Minister Usman Buzdar will be successful, address at Gujrat University students paintings at Alhamra

Lahore: 04-10-2018: Speaker Punjab Assembly Ch Parvez Elahi has said that Kashmir is slipping out of hands of India who is hurling threats in panic, India is against Pakistan right from the first day but with the blessings of Almighty Allah Pakistan is making headway, Sardar Usman Buzdar is a very sensible and hardworking Chief Minister and will prove a successful Chief Minister, protest against new local bodies system prior to its being enforced is not comprehensible, due to luxuries and ill-advice of the rulers of the previous tenure every child is under heavy debt, people want looted national wealth should be retrieved from the looters of the country, we will make the country economically strong and all promises made with the people will be fulfilled.

He expressed these views while talking to the media after inauguration of paintings and handicrafts exhibition of the students of the University of Gujrat at the Alhamra Arts Council here this (Thursday) evening. He was accompanied by Provincial Information Minister Fayyazul Hassan Chohan, former provincial minister Mian Imran Masood and other leaders on the occasion.

Addressing the University students afterwards, the PA Speaker said that education is guarantee of progress of the nations, , competition with the comity of nations is only possible through acquisition of modern technology, district Gujrat has its place economically and industrial-wise, residents and its talented sons have established their intelligence and capabilities throughout the world, for modern education and training we had established Gujrat University because girls and boys students had to go to Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad and other far flung cities for acquiring higher education whereas the parents did want to send their daughters to other cities.

He further said that art and education have enjoyed special importance in all civilizations of the world.

He appreciated the art of the students on display and said that we are proud of talent of our youth, the government has comprehensive programme for education and training of the youth and provision of cheap and equal educational facilities to children is in its priorities.

Afterwards, Gujrat University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Zia Qayyum presented a souvenir to Speaker Ch Parvez Elahi as a memento. #
