Services of Haji Abdul Wahab will always be remembered, Ch Parvez Elahi attends funeral prayer

Lahore: 18-11-2018: Speaker Punjab Assembly Ch Parvez Elahi attended funeral prayer of Ameer Tableeghi Jamaat Haji Abdul Wahab at Raiwind here today (Sunday).

He was accompanied by Provincial Minerals Minister Hafiz Ammar Yasir, MNA Ch Salik Hussain and Rasikh Elahi among others.

He also expressed condolences to Maulana Tariq Jamil, Maulana Nazrul Rahman, Maulana Ehsanul Haq Maulana Khurshid and Maulana Ahmad Batla.

On this occasion he also met MQM Pakistan leader Dr Farroq Sattar.

Ch Parvez Elahi had also visited the hospital where Haji Abdul Wahab was under treatment to inquire about his health.

Expressing his heartfelt grief and sorrow over his demise, Ch Parvez Elahi said that the late Haji Abdul Wahab was a bright star of preaching of Islam who had dedicated his entire life “deen” (faith), his services for promotion of “deen” and preaching for practicing Islamic tenets will always be remembered, he was looked upon with due honour and respect not onoly in Pakistan but in entire world and he enjoyed an important status in the Islamic world, may Almighty Allah bless his soul. #
