Education system will have to be improved further to enable country stand on its feet: Ch Parvez Elahi

Gujrat/Lahore: 06-12-2019: Acting Governor Punjab Ch Parvez Elahi has said that in order to enable the country stand on its own feet the educational system will have to be further improved, Jinnah Public School is also creating its unique place in educational field like Gujrat University.

He expressed these views while talking to the school staff and students during visit to the Jinnah Public School in Gujrat today (Friday). On this occasion Ch Parvez Elahi gifted two air-conditioned coasters for students coming and going and also inaugurated the art exhibition and new computer lab. During visit to the school in its pleasant atmosphere Ch Parvez Elahi inter-mingled with the students.

Acting Governor Punjab Ch Parvez Elahi further said that I had inaugurated this school 15 years back, today on seeing it flourishing I am very happy, I wish that education up to graduation should be imparted in it and boarding facility should also be provided.

He asked Principal Raheel Ahmad Jan to take the school up to A and O levels so that the students do not have to travel to Lahore or other cities.

On this occasion, Secretary Punjab Assembly Muhammad Khan Bhatti, Deputy Commissioner Dr Khurrum Shehzad, former Provincial Education Minister Mian Imran Masood, MPA Ch Abdullah Yousuf and other leaders were also present. #
