Lahore: 01-02-2020: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujat Hussain has said while responding to various questions from the media as to what the allies are doing that besides being ally we are also colleagues and know fully well how to endure it, allies always believe in unity and equality, our party is no doubt small but experience-wise we have also rule with two-third majority, keeping this in view we regard Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf (PTI) as our colleague, they should also consider us as their colleague not enemy.

He further said that Ch Parvez Elahi, Tariq Bashir Cheema, Moonis Elahi or any worker of the party give a statement that reflect truth and patriotism, some friends draw its wrong meaning and showing clip to Imran Khan use it for their objectives, they face no danger from allies but from their own people.

In reply to a question about case filed by Shehbaz Sharif against a newspaper in a court of London, he said that we will see how long Shehbaz Sharif carries this case, but when world’s most popular newspaper The Guardian published wrong news against us then we had filed case in the Queen’s Bench of London High Court against The Guardian through prominent lawyers of Pakistan Ejaz Batalvi and Mahmood A. Shaikh which ran for three months and we won that case, on this newspaper Guardian published apology on its front page prominently.

Asked that from Sh Rashid’s statement of Sh Rashid about Shehbaz Sharif, this impression is created as Shehbaz Sharif has any link with the establishment, Ch Shujat Hussain said that whosoever comes and goes, it should be remembered that N-League’s vote bank is of Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif is zero before Nawaz Sharif. #
