Ch Shujat Hussain, Parvez Elahi and Moonis Elahi express their heartfelt sorrow and grief over demise of Mir Javedur Rahman

Services of the departed soul will always be remembered, besides own institution had welfare of all journalists near to his heart

Lahore: 31-03-2020: Pakistan Muslim League (PML) President and former Prime Minister Ch Shujat Hussain, Speaker Punjab Assembly Ch Parvez Elahi and MNA Moonis Elahi have expressed their heartfelt sorrow and grief over demise of Jang Group’s Mir Javedur Rahman.

Paying tributes to Jang Group founder the late Mir Khalilur Rahman’s eldest son and big brother of Editor-in-Chief Mir Shakilur Rahman for his journalistic services in the interest of the country and the nation, they said that he played very important role in carrying further Mir Khalilur Rahman’s journalistic inheritance.

Expressing their heartfelt condolence and sympathy with Mir Shakilur Rahman, Mir Ibrahim and bereaved family members the PML leaders have prayed for blissful rest in peace for the departed soul and solace and patience for the bereaved Mir family members. They said that we share the sorrow of Mir Shakilur Rahman, Mir Ibrahim and bereaved family members.

Talking to Geo News, Speaker Punjab Assembly Ch Parvez Elahi said that we have very old family relations with Mir family, Mir Javedur Rahman carried his father Mir Khalilur Rahman’s journalistic inheritance very further, besides of his own institution he had the welfare of all other journalists near to his heart and took care of them, he was very sympathetic and pleasant to meet person, may Almighty Allah shower his soul with His blessings. #
