Chaudhry brothers offered Eid prayers at a social distance in Gujrat

Lahore: 15-05-2021: Pakistan Muslim League President and former Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujat Hussain, Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, Members of National Assembly Moonis Elahi, Salik Hussain, Hussain Elahi including Chaudhry Javed Chattha and other family members offered Eid-ul-Fitr prayers at a social distance in Gujrat.
On this occasion, special prayers were offered for Palestinian and Kashmiri brothers, the Corona victims and the defense and prosperity of the Pakistan.
The Muslim League leaders said that on this auspicious occasion, people should share their happiness with the deserving people so that their deprivations could be reduced.
They appealed to the nation to celebrate this Eid in a simple manner by following the Corona SOPs instead of the traditional way. Of course, this is a difficult time and the only way to avoid Corona is caution.
Ch Shujat Hussain said that on the occasion of Eid we have to remember our Kashmiri brothers and their struggle. He said that peace in the region could not be dreamed of without resolving the Kashmir issue.
Punjab Assembly Speaker Ch Parvez Elahi strongly condemned the Israeli atrocities in Al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestine and said that the silence of the international community on the barbarity of Israel in Palestine is very regrettable.
He demanded that the international community should take notice of the desecration of Qiblah-e-Awwal and said that no Muslim could remain silent on the issue.
Congratulating the nation on the auspicious occasion of Eid, Ch Parvez Elahi said that caution should not be avoided yet, it is everyone’s responsibility to protect themselves and their loved ones on Eid, avoid going to public gatherings and ensure wearing masks and social distance when going out. #
