Ch Pervez Elahi won constitutionally, morally and politically today, when our 186 MPAs go to the Supreme Court, the decision will be made there. Ch Parvez Elahi could not take oath today but Insha-Allah he will take oath in two to four days: Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Asad Umar, Dr. Babar Awan

Lahore: 22-07-2022: A joint meeting of Pakistan Muslim League and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf parliamentary party was held.

Speaking at the meeting, Punjab Assembly Speaker Ch Pervaiz Elahi said that our numbers were complete, the Deputy Speaker showed partiality by undermining the Constitution and the law. Today we are challenging the election of the Chief Minister in the Supreme Court against the bias of the Deputy Speaker.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that Ch Pervez Elahi has won constitutionally, morally and politically, when our 186 members of the Assembly go to the Supreme Court, the decision will be made there. Asad Umar said that we will go to the Supreme Court tonight and will stop the oath of Hamza. Dr. Babar Awan said that Ch Pervez Elahi could not take the oath today, but Insha-Allah, he will take the oath in two to four days.

Speaker Ch Pervez Elahi, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Asad Umar, Dr. Babar Awan, Sardar Usman Buzdar, Shafqat Mehmood, Ali Amin Gandapur, Parliamentary Leader Mian Mahmood-ur-Rasheed, Opposition Leader Sibtain Khan, Deputy Opposition Leader Muhammad Basharat Raja, Deputy Opposition Leader Mian Aslam Iqbal, members of Pakistan Muslim League and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf participated in the Punjab Assembly. #
