Parliamentarians call on CM Chaudhry Parvez Elahi

LAHORE, Jan 13:

Deputy Speaker Punjab Assembly Wasiq Qayyum Abbasi and MPAs namely Zainab Umair, Syeda Zahra Naqvi, Shamim Aftab, Bilal Asghar Waraich, Irfanullah Khan Niazi, Abdul Rahman Khan, Aamir Nawaz Chandio, Nadeem Qureshi, Amjad Mahmood Chaudhry, Chaudhry Sajid Mahmood, Javed Kausar, Khadija Umer, Rana Shahbaz, Ghulam Ali Asghar Khan and other members of the Punjab Assembly met Chief Minister Punjab Chaudhry Parvez Elahi at his office and discussed matters of mutual interest.

The CM appreciated that the MPAs have made history by resisting all sorts of intimidation and coercion. The political horse traders have failed while the democratic norms of constitution, truth and justice have prevailed. PTI and PML-Q are Siamese twins, he said and added that people have witnessed the false lions running away. The government has ensured to include people from all areas in the composite development process. The development work has been started in consultation with the parliamentarians and the exemplary performance of the government, in a short time, is known to all, the CM concluded.
